You will get a refund if the product(s) are returned, evaluated and found eligible for return.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on debit/credit card. However, this is not applicable for cash on delivery orders.

All COD orders will be refunded as WowDrops store credit or can be transferred to customer’s bank account on request.
